Job Description: API Sales Associate
Experience: 3-5 Years
Job Location: Nashik, Mumbai

Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential customers in the financial industry who can benefit
from our stock market data API products.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and revenue
goals.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and
influencers within prospective client organizations.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry
trends, and competitive landscape.
• Clearly communicate the value proposition and benefits of our stock market data
APIs to potential clients through presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
• Collaborate with the product and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding
and integration of API products for new clients.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to
management on a regular basis.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging
technologies related to stock market data and APIs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients to ensure
high customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
• Any Bachelor’s degree. A strong understanding of the stock market and financial
industry is required.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth,
preferably in the financial technology, fintech, or data services industry.
• Demonstrated experience in selling API-based solutions, data products, or
software-as-a-service (SaaS) products.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport
and establish credibility with clients at various levels of an organization.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales
cycles and overcome objections.

Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and effectively communicate the
technical aspects of API integrations to clients.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and
as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with stock market data, financial market data providers, and API
protocols (e.g., REST, WebSocket, DOTNET, COMM, etc) is highly desirable.
