Role Overview:

KleisTech is looking for an experienced CLI Automation Lead with a strong background in Python programming and test automation. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of CLI (Command Line Interface) automation and previous experience leading a team. This role requires hands-on expertise in Python and the ability to guide automation projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• CLI Automation: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automation scripts and tools using CLI.
• Python Programming: Leverage in-depth knowledge of Python to create and optimize automation scripts.
• Test Automation: Develop, execute, and maintain test automation frameworks to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring project goals are met within deadlines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate automation processes and ensure smooth project execution.

Mandatory Skills:

• CLI Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Command Line Interface (CLI) automation.
• Python Programming: Strong proficiency in Python programming, with a focus on automation tasks.
• Test Automation: Proven experience in test automation, including the development and execution of automated test scripts.
• Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a lead role, with the ability to manage and guide a team effectively.
