About the Role:

KleisTech is seeking a seasoned .NET Developer with significant experience in Microsoft server technologies and front-end development, particularly with APIGEE, Angular, and cloud-based platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in developing, deploying, and supporting applications in a distributed global setting. This role requires a deep understanding of the entire software development lifecycle, from initial concept through to deployment and continuous improvement.

Technical Skills:

• Backend Development:
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft server technologies including ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core.
  • Strong understanding of Azure cloud services and .NET Core for cloud development and deployment.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server and database management.
  • Solid experience with GitHub for application development and support.
• Frontend Development:
  • Strong front-end development skills with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, and Typescript.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring they integrate smoothly with existing systems.
• DevOps & CI/CD:
  • Experience with cloud deployment, particularly with Azure, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills for understanding business requirements, providing accurate estimations, and assessing the impact of developments on other parts of the application.
  • Ability to identify and solve functional problems within the application suite, conducting quality checks, and routing tickets appropriately.
• Agile & Scrum Practices:
  • Deep understanding and practical experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to work within a scrum team, taking on additional tasks such as testing or reporting using Power BI/Tableau as needed.

Continuous Improvement:

• Application Enhancement:
  • Consult with key users to gather feedback on application enhancements and address key issues and redundancies.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all changes, ensuring the application handbook is always up-to-date.
• Security & Compliance:
  • Operate within established security operations standards and guidelines.
  • Ensure software compliance with SLB and industry standards for coding and deployments.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
  • Bachelors or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in .NET development.
  • Understanding of SSIS Packages is a plus.
  • Experience in application development across multiple platforms and technologies (C++, .NET, Java, HTML5, JavaScript) for deployment on Windows OS, Linux, on-premise, and/or cloud environments.
• Additional Certifications:
  • Scrum Certification is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management processes.
