Responsibilities:
Collaborate within a globally diverse team across different time zones.
Work closely with technology and business teams within an Agile/Scrum environment.
Understand Sprint requirements and actively participate in sprint planning.
Drive assigned tasks based on the project lead’s direction.
Ensure adherence to defined architecture and design.
Follow coding and security standards, ensuring high-quality code.
Conduct unit testing with a goal of achieving 80% code coverage.
Prepare or modify low-level design documents and impact analysis documents based on requirement changes.
Participate in or lead design whiteboarding and solution architecture creation.
Review code from junior developers and ensure coding standards are followed.
Actively participate in customer calls and communicate technical expectations to junior developers.
Coordinate with business analysts to keep sprint backlogs updated.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented SOLID Principles and Design Patterns.
Expertise in .Net Core, API with ASP.Net Core, Microservices with ASP.Net Core, and C#.
Experience with SQL Server, SSRS.
Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, Angular 4+ or React JS.
Knowledge of Azure API Management, Azure App Insights, and Monitoring.
Experience in Continuous Delivery and DevOps using Azure DevOps.
Proficiency in Automated Unit Testing using Mock Frameworks.
Good to Have Skills:
Experience solving performance issues or managing memory.
Cache management, Authentication API, and logging implementation.
Experience with Microservice Deployment using Kubernetes + Docker.
Serverless deployments using AWS Lambda or Azure Functions.
Familiarity with Angular Material, theming, or other third-party UI control libraries.
Experience in UI Micro-frontend development.
Cloud/DevOps experience with developing and hosting Cloud-based solutions using AWS.
Prior experience with healthcare applications will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualifications:
- Engineering Degree – BE / BTech / BCS.
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
