Overview:

KleisTech is looking for a Senior VR Developer with extensive experience in VR development frameworks and game engines. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of cutting-edge VR solutions and guide a team of designers and developers in creating immersive experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements and design the overall technical solution for VR projects.
• Develop and implement VR applications using game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Write efficient and maintainable code in relevant programming languages (C#, C++, Python).
• Architect VR solutions and ensure they meet high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with designers to create intuitive and realistic 3D environments and animations.
• Guide and review UX principles to enhance user experience.
• Lead multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project deadlines.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in requirement analysis and technical solution design.
• Extensive experience with game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) and VR development frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in C#, C++, and Python.

Design Skills:

• Strong experience in architecting VR solutions.
• Good understanding of UX principles and ability to guide designers.
• Ability to review and guide realistic 3D environments and animations.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

• 8+ years of overall experience, with close to 10 years of relevant experience in XR development.
• Familiarity with VR hardware and software development kits (SDKs).
• Experience with real-time rendering techniques and optimization.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Design, Interactive Media, or a related field. Advanced degrees or specialized certifications in VR development are a plus.
